My family are huge Trader Joe’s fans. We’ve always enjoyed how helpful and supportive the employees have been in addition to the great selection of high-quality and unique offerings. This Miami Beach location is especially attractive for us because it’s within walking distance. Today we had our first inconsiderate experience with an employee . My son is on the autism spectrum and loves coming to Trader Joe’s so he can choose his own food. He is most comfortable when he sits inside of the cart because otherwise he gets highly sensitized and will grab things and run up and down the aisles and has a little bit of a tougher time. Today, one of the employees insisted that he must get out of the cart even after I explained his autism condition. The claim was that the cart could tip over and Trader Joe’s would have a liability on their hands. The likelihood of him tipping over a cart is incredibly low as we have been in there at least 50 times with him in the cart - no tipping, not even a close call. It is a calming place for him that allows him to enjoy his experience. The employee showed no empathy toward my son. We ended up leaving without doing our shopping because we did not want

I've been to this location a few times, but this visit was by far the best. Everything felt brighter, and the customer service was outstanding. The produce staff was incredibly helpful, and I'd like to give a special shoutout to Dre my cashier, as well as Jojo and Bruno for their positive attitudes and excellent service. The store was well stocked, and I found everything I needed. Thank you for making this such a great shopping experience!

A huge thank you to the amazing team at Trader Joe’s tonight! My daughter and I were among the last customers in the store, and the kindness we received was unforgettable. The gentleman at the register gave my daughter lots of stickers and, after learning that tomorrow is her birthday, surprised her with a bag of lollipops as an early birthday gift. Another crew member with a Santa Claus beard (my daughter said) overheard us and gifted her a beautiful little plant for her birthday as well. To top it all off, he even held the elevator for the birthday girl on our way out. These small acts of kindness made my daughter feel incredibly special and turned a simple shopping trip into a wonderful memory. Thank you for going above and beyond this is customer service at its best!

Great place to stock up on my Trader Joe’s frozen favorites. Clean and friendly. Just wish they carried major brands for some basic stuff. Who needs organic, free range laundry detergent?

This is my favorite grocery store in South Beach ❤️❤️, not only for the variety and the vibrant colors of the products. I love the matcha latte🍵🍵, and everything is always beautifully arranged And every time I arrive, Silvia welcomes me with a big smile and she is always so helpful. B
